Dashboard Components
Key Metrics
The top of the Lead Management Dashboard features five key metrics that provide a quick snapshot of Lead activity. These figures offer a high-level view of volume, Lead source, status, and follow-up progress to help users stay on top of Lead management at a glance.

Total Leads
- The total number of Leads received from both Lead forms and Referrals. This count includes all Leads, regardless of whether they have already been actioned.
Leads from Forms
- The total number of Leads received through Lead forms. This includes both new and already actioned Leads from forms.
Leads from Referrals
- The total number of Leads received through Referrals from other Awardees. This includes both new and already actioned Leads from Referrals.
Total Leads Overdue
- The number of Leads that are currently flagged as overdue. These are Leads that have not yet been actioned and currently carry an "Overdue" badge. The time frame for when a Lead becomes overdue is configured in the Lead Management settings in the Awardee Hub. Once a Lead has been actioned, it is removed from this count.
Leads Who Received TA
- The number of Leads, from either forms or Referrals, that have received a verified / recorded business advising session. This metric is calculated based on submitted Startup Space session data and is not tied to the "Accept" action in the Lead Management Table.
Lead Status Breakdown

This bar graph displays the distribution of Leads by status:
- Pending
- Contacted
- Referred
- Accepted
- Declined
The chart reflects only the Leads associated with your Awardee Hub and will update based on the selected timeframe. It provides a clear snapshot of how your Leads are progressing through the pipeline, helping you track engagement and follow-up activity.
Average Hours Spent in Pending / Contacted & Days to Receive TA
This metric shows the average number of hours Leads spend in the Pending / Contacted status and the average days to receive TA. It reflects the time Leads remained in this stage, regardless of whether they have progressed further to a different status, helping to evaluate response and engagement timelines.
