Lead Management Dashboard Overview

The new Lead Management Dashboard is a powerful companion to the existing Lead Management Tool, designed to provide a visual, data-driven overview of Lead Management performance within Startup Space. Developed in partnership with CalOSBA and CAMEO, the dashboard offers a streamlined and transparent way to monitor Lead data across the network.

The Lead Management Dashboard presents key metrics at a glance, including total Leads, Lead sources (Lead forms vs. Referrals), Leads served, overdue Leads, and other essential indicators. Interactive charts allow users to quickly interpret Lead data and take informed action, all within an intuitive, centralized interface.

Visibility by Organization

Awardees:

  • The dashboard provides a focused view of Lead activity and responsiveness specific to each Awardee Hub. Moderators will only see data related to their own Hub’s Leads, with the ability to filter by timeframe for flexible, actionable insights and performance tracking.

CalOSBA / CAMEO:

  • In contrast, CalOSBA and CAMEO have access to dashboards that include data across all Awardee Hubs. CalOSBA has full visibility into the entire ecosystem, while CAMEO has visibility limited to SSBCI-designated Hubs. Their dashboards allow for Hub-to-Hub comparison, trend analysis, and broader performance monitoring across the network.

Access and User Roles

Where is the Lead Management Dashboard located?

  • The Lead Management Dashboard is accessible from the Startup Space Hub home screen. Hub moderators will see the five key metrics displayed by default at the top of the Lead Management Dashboard widget. To view the full dashboard with all charts and data visualizations, click the “Expand to see full dashboard” button located in the bottom-left corner of the widget.

Who are the intended users?

  • Awardee Hub moderators

How is data generated in the Lead Management Dashboard?

  • Data in the Lead Management Dashboard is automatically pulled from the Lead Management tool in real time. As Leads are added, updated, or managed within the system, the dashboard reflects those changes instantly, ensuring all charts and metrics stay current without any manual updates. (Note: Please refresh the page if you are seeing outdated information)

How is Lead Management Dashboard activated?

  • The Lead Management Dashboard can only be activated by the EIC team.

Customizing Your View

At the top of the Lead Management Dashboard, Awardees will find a date filter that allows them to select a specific timeframe. This filter applies to the lead creation date, meaning the dashboard will only display data for leads that were created during the selected date range. If no date filter is applied, the dashboard will default to showing data from all time periods.

Date Filter

A calendar widget lets moderators select a custom date range, with an additional option to filter by specific times if needed. Once a date range is applied, all charts and metrics in the dashboard will automatically update to reflect the selection, providing focused insights to help track lead activity over time.
