Navigating the Home Leads Dashboard
The Home Leads dashboard displays two Lead tables—Leads from Forms and Leads from Referrals. A maximum of 5 leads are displayed in each table on the home page. When there are more than 5 Leads, moderators can access the full form or Referral lists by clicking the blue prompt at the bottom right corner.
EIC has implemented several visual aids to make Lead review and management easier to understand:
Tooltips
Tooltips can be found in the top right corner of both the "From Forms" and "From Referrals" Lead Management tables as blue question mark icons.
Tooltip Explanation:
- From Leads: These leads are generated when small business owners submit a Lead Form; they must be responded to within two business days
- From Referrals: Referrals are exchanged between SCALE partners to match business owners with the most appropriate service provider based on business needs, community of interest, language, or geography
Reviewing Leads from Multiple Lead Forms
If there is more than one Lead form, a dropdown menu will appear next to "From Forms." This allows moderators to toggle between different Lead forms. When moderators select a Lead form from the dropdown, the table updates to show only Leads submitted through that specific form.
Badges
Badges appear next to Leads’ names to provide insights into Lead tenure. Once a Lead has been actioned (accepted, declined, contacted, or referred), badges automatically disappear.
- New: All new Leads with "Pending" status that haven't reached the overdue timeframe
- Overdue: Leads with "Pending" status that have exceeded the defined overdue timeframe

Statuses are automatically updated and indicate actions taken for each Lead:
