Notifications

With many steps involved in managing Leads, including receiving submissions, accepting or declining Leads, and making Referrals, clear in-app or email notifications will be sent to all Hub moderators in the following situations:

In-App & Email Notifications:

  • New Lead form submission received
  • New Referral from external hub received
  • Lead is overdue for action

 

Email-Only Notifications:

  • Referred Lead has been accepted
  • Referred Lead has been declined
  • Referred Lead has been contacted
