Notifications
With many steps involved in managing Leads, including receiving submissions, accepting or declining Leads, and making Referrals, clear in-app or email notifications will be sent to all Hub moderators in the following situations:
In-App & Email Notifications:
- New Lead form submission received
- New Referral from external hub received
- Lead is overdue for action
Email-Only Notifications:
- Referred Lead has been accepted
- Referred Lead has been declined
- Referred Lead has been contacted
