How do I change my password?

This article will walk you through how to update your password on Startup Space.

To change your password, please follow the steps outlined below:
  1. Sign into Startup Space at https://www.startupspace.app/login.
  2. In the top right click the gear to the right of your name.  
  3. Click "Change Password."
  4. Enter your old password, then enter and confirm your new password. Passwords must be at least 8 or more characters and contain at least one number, one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and a special character. The system will prompt you to update your password every 60 days. 
  5. Click "Update."

If you do not remember your old password, please email helpdesk@startupspace.app to request an administrative password reset.
