How to Access the Link to Your Lead Generation Form?

Log in to your Hub and ensure you're in Moderator View. In the upper right-hand corner, click the gear icon and switch to View as Moderator if needed.
On the left-hand side, click My Community.
From the drop-down menu, select Forms. You will now see a list of all the existing forms within your hub.
Find the “How can we help you?” form and click the Actions drop-down menu next to it.
Select Open. A new tab will automatically open where you can copy the shareable link.
Copy the link of the new tab and save it for future use.
