How to customize your lead form?

This guide explains how to customize your lead form by modifying its description box and adjusting email sign-off details in user email templates.

You have limited customization options for your lead form. Here’s what you can modify:

  1. Lead Form Description Box

    • You can add information, additional languages, or an email address for questions in this section.

    • Steps:

      • Go to My Community > Surveys V2 > Lead Form > Edit.

      • Scroll down to the lead form’s Description Box (highlighted in green) to make your changes or use the Survey description (highlighted in red) to edit.

      • When you’re done, scroll to the bottom and click Save.

  2. Email Template for Existing User/New User

    • You are only allowed to update the email sign-off (such as the organization’s name and contact email) in these templates (highlighted in red boxes). Do not make any changes to the email body content.
