How to review lead form submissions?
This article explains three ways to review lead form submissions in Startup Space: accessing them directly in the platform, opening the submission from an email notification, or downloading the response as a PDF from the email.
There are 3 ways to review submissions from the lead form.
Method 1: View in Startup Space

Log in to your Hub and ensure you are in Moderator View.

On the left-hand side, click My Community.

From the drop-down menu, select Forms.

You will see a list of all existing forms in your Hub.

Locate the "How can we help you?" form, then click the Actions drop-down menu beside it.

Click Answer History to open a list of all survey submissions for this form.

Find the business owner’s name in the list. If the Actions column isn’t visible, scroll horizontally or drag the orange bar to the right to reveal it. Keep in mind that screen size may affect visibility.

Click on Actions then Details.
Method 2: Accessing Directly from Email Notification

When a submission is made, an email notification is sent to the assigned recipient.

The email will come from contactus@startupspace.app and will look like the screenshot below.

Click the "Click Here" hyperlink in the email:

If you are already logged into your hub, the lead form response will open in a new tab like the screenshot below.

If you are not logged in, you will be redirected to the login page first.
Method 3: Download from Email Notification

Check your email for a notification of the lead form submission.

In the email, click the Download link as highlighted in the red box.

This will automatically download the survey response as a PDF file.
