# Referring Leads to Another Personal Email Address or Individual

## This article guides the awardees to refer a lead to someone outside the SCALE network or to an individual using the Startup Space Referral tool.

#### Before you begin, review the lead form submission from the How can we help you? form. If the request is for a service you do not provide and needs to go to someone outside the SCALE network or to an individual, follow these steps.

1. #### Log in to your Hub and switch to Moderator View.

6. #### In Select Member, ignore the list of hub members and manually enter the email address of the recipient.
