This document is designed to guide applicants through the technical aspects of completing the TAP application. Applications can often be lengthy and detailed, EIC has implemented several support features to make the process more manageable for your organization.

We encourage you to review this guide before starting your application to ensure a smooth and efficient submission process.
Important Information
Receiving Application
The application form will be provided by CalOSBA as part of their official announcement. Please ensure that you complete and submit your application by August 17, 2026.
Avoid Losing your Work
Refreshing your browser will load a new, blank application form, and any unsaved information will be lost.
To avoid this:
- Do not refresh the page unless you have clicked “Save Draft”
Please coordinate with your team and ensure that only one person is editing the application at a time.
Saving Your Draft
Applicants can save your in-progress application at any time by using the “Save Draft” button at the bottom of the screen. This allows applicants to return and complete the application at a later time, without losing any work.
