The Lead Generation Form or the “How can we help you?” form connects California's small business owners with free coaching resources. It’s part of the SCALE program (Success, Capital Access, and Leadership for Entrepreneurs), created by the California Office of the Small Business Advocate (CalOSBA). This program helps business owners access tools and funding opportunities to help their businesses grow and succeed. Once this form is submitted, it will refer the business owners to our trusted partners. They’ll contact the business owner within 2 business days to offer support and guidance.
